Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance, including mid- to high-level leadership experience.
  • Experience in the gaming industry (ideal but not necessary). Alternatively, a strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of our products.
  • Has extensive financial modeling or valuation experience and are comfortable with data.
  • SQL and data visualization experience a strong plus. Knows how to retrieve data and information from snowflake.
Responsibilities
  • Own, maintain, and improve the core financial model for Skillz.
  • Build Self-Service FP&A Models that drive key areas of the business.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to our business and product leaders. Prepare financial models to maximize ROI.
  • Support Content and Partnerships deal modeling and negotiations.
  • Own business area KPI setting and reporting process.
  • Ad hoc support for strategic initiatives, such as M&A and competitive analysis.
