Requirements
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities
  • Build up and strip down of monitoring equipment coming into and out of the laboratory
  • Ensure all kit is cleaned and decontaminated to sufficient standards
  • Calibrate instruments and sensors according to schedule and set procedures
  • Document and report all actions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Identify and help implement process improvements
  • Assist with QA/QC of customer instrumentation before delivery
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of rental instruments before delivery
  • Maintain lab tidiness and cleanliness, including waste disposal
  • Administration of calibration records according to laboratory procedures
  • Minor repairs/maintenance of instrumentation where required with support from repair team
  • Ensure laboratory is always working to safe standards and report any concerns/violations immediately
  • Work with warehouse and operations to maintain stock of essential consumables
  • Assist with customer tours of laboratory and explain methodologies
  • Assist with developing lab to ISO:17025 standards
