Requirements
  • 3-6 years of work experience in a highly analytical CRM role
  • Strong analytical skills (particularly within Excel and Looker) and the ability to leverage data for insights and action
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in Braze and adept in HTML
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and influence behavior with other teams across the company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to push through barriers to get things done with a sense of urgency
  • Looker and SQL experience is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Owning end-to-end campaign development process, including list/segment creation, test setup, email development, QA, deployment and analysis
  • Developing, plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns through rigorous, hypothesis-driven A/B or multivariate testing, using email, SMS, push notifications, and in app messages to meet business goals
  • Brainstorming new campaign ideas with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, and Brand
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing, User Research, Product, Analytics and Engineering teams to execute lifecycle optimizations, ad-hoc campaigns, and support cross-functional initiatives with little to no supervision
  • Monitoring deliverability and maintain email health metrics to determine optimal frequency and form of communications
  • Owning CRM metrics for sends, opens, clicks, and downstream metrics for campaigns and ensure send triggers and messages are functioning properly
