The Product Analyst is a core member of the Product Management team acting as the bridge from product concept to commercialization while working with nearly every department in the organization, domestically and internationally. The Product Analyst will support several categories to coordinate and manage product details and data pertaining to the product portfolio, supporting flow of information accuracy to internal/external stakeholders through the Go to Market (GTM) process.

Responsibilities:
This role will provide critical cross-category support across the Product Management team, acts as the communication liaison on all details pertaining to the product line, including:
- Manage tools for visual communication of a multi-year innovation roadmap that supports YETI’s overall growth and business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization to drive centralized product information and data accuracy. Such collaborations include partnering with:
- Global Product, Brand and Marketing teams to deliver cross category product GTM materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Global commercial partners to support demand planning process with assortment details including pricing, launch dates and channel availability.
- Master Data and Sale Operations teams for SKU set up and system integration (e.g. SAP, PLM)
- Finance and Planning for portfolio metric reporting, leveraging advanced analytics customer data and consumer insights studies.
- Manage voice of customer and competitive landscape consolidation across product team, including:
- Act as the ultimate customer advocate, sharing the voice of the customer through deep understanding of consumer needs, buying preferences, and macro trends
- Continually monitor and report on the market landscape using competitive analysis and consumer insights to inform product decisions
- Continued improvement of existing reports and models to increase business efficiencies
- Assist FP&A in creating and managing reports for tracking success and failure of products on the marketplace, sell-through, etc.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years of product management or data analytics experience
- Act as a people champion within and across the organization
- Premium omni-channel brands and consumer goods experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work at scale within a global, high-growth environment
- Excellent agility and problem-solving skills demonstrating the ability to work within the grey
- Effectively build relationships cross-functionally to meet business goals and objectives
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large sets of data - contributing to the SKU portfolio master data set up and monthly update cadence.
- Innovative thinker who synthesizes consumer insights, macro trends, and competitive analysis to inform product and business decisions.
- Role is based out of Austin, TX
US Workplace Approach:
- Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
- Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
- Remote: Role is full-time remote.
