  • 8+ Years of CPG Experience
  • Experience in rolling out national programs with disruptors
  • Retail, Commercial, ecommerce customer selling experience required
  • People Management experience required
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for delivering strategic engagement / activation tied to National Account customers
  • Create an environment that encourages the team to act as business owners
  • Deliver the annual business plan for the Division
  • Translate the Annual business plan into JBP by customer / channel plans for the National account team
  • Collaborate and influence the GTM team to gather resources and provide support for various NAM/Direct Account initiatives
  • Work closely with DOS National Account and DOS Strategy to ensure that the Geographic Team has a roadmap to execute National Account Plan
  • Ensure that JBP with national accounts are inclusive on National Account end user targeting
  • Ensure that the National account team has eCommerce Go-To-Market incorporated in their plans
  • Effectively communicate national account plans and priorities to the broader PPD Nation
