CTGT provides an enterprise AI platform that helps large organizations deploy AI safely and reliably in finance, healthcare, and security. It uses a proprietary method to directly interact with a model’s internal mechanisms to locate and adjust features causing unwanted outputs in real time, reducing the need for retraining. This internal-state manipulation and governance approach enables on-device AI, real-time monitoring, and auditable risk controls, speeding up deployment by up to 500x. The goal is to make enterprise AI trustworthy and scalable for critical applications by offering precise, auditable control over model behavior and performance, differentiating CTGT from competitors that rely primarily on external data changes or retraining.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • CTGT was named a Forbes CES 2026 top-12 company on January 16, 2026.
  • Its July 31, 2026 financial-services page touts 96.5% hallucination prevention and <10ms latency.
  • The company says dedicated engineers and weeks-long deployments accelerate enterprise adoption in regulated industries.

What critics are saying

  • OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic can copy runtime policy features and bundle them natively.
  • CTGT’s January 2026 claims about outperforming GPT-5.2 and Gemini 3 Pro invite scrutiny.
  • If model providers standardize deterministic compliance layers, CTGT becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes CTGT unique

  • CTGT’s runtime policy engine remediates outputs without retraining, unlike static guardrails.
  • Cyril Gorlla and Trevor Tuttle combine UC San Diego interpretability and distributed-systems expertise.
  • CTGT supports on-prem, VPC, and SaaS deployments with exam-ready audit trails.
