Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Hold New York State registered nurse licensure.
  • Hold current Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
  • Hold current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification upon hire.
  • Have at least 2 years of Medical-Surgical, critical care, or emergency department experience.
  • Demonstrate organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Use the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
