A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 4 years of Folder Gluer operating experience is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of folder gluing processes and carton construction.
Experience with hot melt, cold glue, and fugitive glue systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining production standards.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate Bobst Folder Gluer equipment.
Review job tickets and production specifications before each production run.
Produce straight-line cartons, auto-bottom cartons, four-corner displays, sleeves, and other specialty products.
Monitor quality throughout production to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Inspect products and maintain production samples.
Troubleshoot equipment and make operational adjustments as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain equipment performance.
Maintain production documentation and records.
Coordinate workflow with production team members and temporary operators.
Communicate machine status and production updates during shift handoffs.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate material needs.
Follow company safety, quality, security, and operating procedures.
Desired Qualifications
Experience operating Bobst equipment.
Packaging, converting, folding carton, or print manufacturing experience.

We're looking for an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join our team. If you have a passion for precision manufacturing, carton production, and operating advanced finishing equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with one of the world's leading trading card manufacturers.
The Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for setting up and operating folder gluing equipment to produce high-quality packaging products that meet customer specifications and production goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, troubleshooting capabilities, and a commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience operating Bobst folder gluing equipment and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
🔹 What You'll Do
Set up and operate Bobst Folder Gluer equipment.
