About the job
- At least 5 years of experience working in a secure environment, with a comprehensive understanding of collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and Special Access Program security processes, policies, procedures, and directives.
- Experience with the Task Management Tool (TMT).
- At least 4 years of administrative support experience.
- Current Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility, eligibility for access to Special Access Program information, and willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph.
- Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of Intelligence Community Directives, Department of Defense Manuals, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions, and Special Access Program policy.
- Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding Special Access Program, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and collateral data in support of U.S. military operations.
- Provide day-to-day security support, continuously assess procedures to identify shortfalls, and recommend revisions and improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
- Conduct and document Special Access Program facility compliance reviews, follow-up facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
- Coordinate with Special Access Program security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the Special Access Program security education and awareness curriculum.
- Monitor progress toward accomplishing taskings and initiatives.
- Manage the directorate’s assigned taskings using the Task Management Tool on the NIPRnet and SIPRnet, coordinating with action officers to ensure awareness of assigned tasks and due dates.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
