About the job
- At least 8 years of software testing experience supporting enterprise release validation.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
- Experience with integration testing, regression testing, automated testing, Selenium or UFT, release validation, and test strategy development.
- Lead independent testing and validation activities for BMx systems and releases.
- Develop test strategies, acceptance criteria, and validation approaches.
- Manage integration, regression, operational, and release testing efforts.
- Coordinate testing activities independently from development teams.
- Validate modernization initiatives, interface behavior, and deployment readiness.
- Support operational readiness reviews and release certification activities.
- Monitor testing metrics, defect trends, and quality indicators.
