Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles at Brightline, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet the evolving needs of our business, identifying top-tier candidates for clinical positions.
  • Assess candidates not only for their clinical qualifications but also for their alignment with Brightline's mission and values.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to develop targeted hiring plans, create clear candidate profiles, and run efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Provide an exceptional, smooth, and engaging experience for candidates, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive interaction with Brightline at every step of the recruitment process.
  • Leverage Brightline’s ATS (Ashby) to effectively manage requisitions, track candidate workflows, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Use various sourcing tools and platforms to identify the most effective channels to attract and engage top talent.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in our recruitment processes, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment outcomes.
