Requirements
- An MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state or territory.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Current Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications.
Responsibilities
- Admit, evaluate, manage, and discharge hospitalized medical patients.
- Perform advanced procedures such as lumbar puncture, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and central line removal.
- Conduct rounds in the Community Living Center, Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program, Acute Psychiatry, and other inpatient areas.
- Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response calls.
