Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Hold an active Pennsylvania nursing license.
  • Hold an active New Jersey nursing license or be able to obtain one within 90 days.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room setting.
  • Have experience with an electronic medical record system.
  • Be able to work from home in accordance with the Network Work from Home Policy if needed.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of Patient Engagement Partners and Clinical Triage Specialists-RN and serve as a resource and subject matter expert for team members and internal customers.
  • Research complex issues and work with support resources or partners to resolve patient and escalated issues.
  • Collaborate with Medication Management Supervisors to maintain a streamlined process for responding to clinical patient messages.
  • Serve as an escalation point for clinical patient issues and provide clinical advice based on approved clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor productivity, clinical protocol adherence, quality standards, activity, performance, call quality, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and Workforce Management Analyst to plan and optimize staffing, flex daily staffing, and monitor supply and demand.
  • Ensure team members have the technology, resources, and tools needed to address patient inquiries, triage patients, and handle clinical patient messages efficiently.
  • Provide clinical leadership, coaching, feedback, recognition, and day-to-day training to team members.
  • Analyze current procedures and bring process-improvement suggestions to the Manager.
  • Collaborate with practices and PODs and serve as a point of contact for specialty team matters.
Desired Qualifications

  • Previous contact center experience.
  • Previous management experience.
