  • Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters or PhD degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
  • Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
  • Prefer private pilot training/license, part 107 license, or small UAS experience
  • Must be able to work on-site in Hollister, CA
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the US for the duration of Internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Must live in the US at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins
  • Must be either a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college
  • Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, transcripts are required
  • Must be an enrolled student at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks (full-time for 3 months)
Responsibilities
  • As part of the Flight Test and Operations organization you will act as a flight test engineering intern for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
  • You will take part in supporting flight test safety analysis, planning, process documentation updates, and execution
  • You will help support troubleshooting activities ranging from ground support equipment to system integration
  • You will become familiar with preparing ground control stations and flight test instrumentation for test execution.
