Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and continual refinement of Cyera’s Command of the Message—specifically focusing on the Unique, Comparative, and Holistic measurable business value Cyera delivers to customers.
  • Enablement of compelling messaging and positioning for both existing solutions and future innovations.
  • Create and train teams on effective discovery and qualification frameworks, including 'trap setting' questions to position Cyera advantageously versus competitors.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to source and formalize customer proof points, use cases, and quantifiable success metrics.
  • Develop an evolving competitive intelligence program that informs positioning and field tactics.
  • Embed measurable customer examples into enablement assets, aligned with vertical, buyer persona, and competitive context.
  • Align closely with Sales Engineering and the Office of the CTO to support sales teams with technical architecture, demos, and PoCs that validate solution fit.
  • Secure Technical Wins by influencing technical decision-makers and enabling champions to sell internally to economic buyers.
  • Design and execute high-impact onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs tailored for: Account Executives & Channel Executives, Frontline Sales Managers, Customer Success Managers, BDR/SDR teams, Sales & Channel Engineers, Marketing (where applicable).
  • Maintain continuous feedback loops from GTM leadership, reps, and bootcamp participants to ensure programs remain effective and relevant.
  • Drive rapid enablement for new product releases, business capabilities, and go-to-market motions.
  • Foster strong relationships with Product Management, Office of the CTO, Marketing, and Business Value Engineering.
