Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in a casino environment.
  • Strong understanding of casino operations, particularly in financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple training sessions and client needs simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for casino cashiers and other employees on the use of our financial services products. This includes but is not limited to product setup, daily usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Train casino employees on how to generate and interpret reconciliation reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily financial operations.
  • Participate in the implementation of our products and providing light troubleshooting for issues regarding currently installed products.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all interactions with casino clients, acting as an ambassador for our company and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation. Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements based on customer experiences.
  • This role will require up to 50% travel to client locations for on-site training and support.
