Responsibilities
  • Collect and identify your clients' recruitment needs.
  • Define the targeted profiles and candidates according to the client's needs.
  • Write and distribute job advertisements.
  • Source candidates daily.
  • Preselect candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and analyze applications for temporary assignments and fixed-term and permanent contracts.
  • Prepare interview reports.
  • Promote candidates to clients.
  • Track applications and provide reporting.
  • Monitor the proper execution of services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create and enter employee files.
  • Verify the conformity of candidates' administrative documents.
  • Manage correspondence.
  • Schedule medical examinations.
  • Collect timesheets.
  • Submit requests for BTP cards.
  • Process advance-payment requests.
