Requirements
  • A university degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work hours accommodating different time zones.

  • Ability to comply with the company's, clients' and governing authorities' health, safety, sustainability, environment and quality requirements.
  • Ability to maintain the HSSEQ management system and the tools required to implement it.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Oracle Cloud/Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Expense modules.
  • Understand and maintain Enterprise Structures, Chart of Accounts structures, hierarchies, FlexFields, and extensions in Fusion Financials.
  • Perform hands-on testing of issues and collaborate with the Technology team on bug fixes.
  • Use File-Based Data Import and Application Development Framework Desktop Integration for financial data uploads and migrations, and resolve related issues.
  • Perform data sanity checks and cleanup, including report validation.
  • Train new system users and support the Finance Business System Manager in improving the training program.
  • Help finance teams use the system efficiently and become an expert user in Smart View.
  • Maintain the Fusion chart of accounts and global project and cost-centre listings.
  • Work with the Technology team to promote off-the-shelf and best-practice system use for maintaining records and reporting.
  • Act as a key contact for finance teams addressing system issues and work closely with the Technology team.
  • Maintain data integrity by running ad hoc reports and posting as required.
  • Update supplier details and support creation of supplier sites and customer accounts.
  • Support Fusion global rollout and transformation activities.
  • Develop champion knowledge of key finance modules.
  • Support testing of new processes and system amendments.
  • Support updates to configuration-related templates.
  • Perform sub-ledger and general-ledger close for all Fusion entities, including final general-ledger closure and validation reports.
  • Support teams with sub-ledger and general-ledger close validation issues in coordination with the technology service desk.
  • Open the general ledger for the next month.
  • Help facilitate the late-adjustment process.
  • Maintain foreign-exchange rates in Fusion and the consolidation system, FCCS.
  • Check that Fusion revaluations run correctly and on time, ensure revaluation rules are used correctly, and simplify them where possible.
  • Schedule other required processes for all entities under the group.
  • Process updates to banks and branches in the system.
  • Assist with as-built deliverables.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks within the reasonable scope of the role as directed by a supervisor or manager.
  • Observe company, client, and governing-authority HSSEQ rules.
  • Contribute to a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Maintain the HSSEQ management system and its implementation tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Oracle certification is a plus.
  • Hyperion/FCCS experience is beneficial.
