- Successfully completed vocational training as a Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA).
- Prior knowledge in sleep medicine, pulmonology, or neurology is desirable but not required.

- Proficiency with practice electronic data processing systems and common office applications.

- Organize and coordinate scheduling for inpatient laboratory places and outpatient consultations.
- Manage patients, including initial contact, admission, and advising patients about treatment procedures such as polysomnography and continuous positive airway pressure therapy.
- Collaborate closely with technicians, physicians, and external partners such as medical supply companies and health insurance funds.
- Lead employees, including recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and annual employee reviews.
- Optimize practice processes and ensure a smooth workflow between day and night shifts.
- Support billing under the German Einheitlicher Bewertungsmaßstab and Gebührenordnung für Ärzte systems and administer patient records.
- Additional qualification in practice management or practice organization.
