- Partner with the Clinical Director and Head of School to maintain consistency between academic and therapeutic models.
- Foster a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and evidence-based excellence.
- Experience working with neurodiverse learners, including those with autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities.
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching principles.
