Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators for the area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate team members' work to provide a distinctive shopping experience while ensuring the store's routine activities are completed.
  • Support the training, development, and coaching of store employees.
  • Analyze store performance indicators and make necessary adjustments to support commercial success within the assigned area.
  • Allocate resources and organize processes within the assigned area to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exemplary customer-service leadership by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure optimal service for all customers, using digital tools and the digital catalog to expand the products available in the store.
  • Coordinate the collection of customer satisfaction feedback using the Qualtrics kiosk.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and consistently embody the company's values and attitudes.
  • Use product expertise and brand knowledge to increase sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about product launches, campaigns, and events; communicate information to the team and mobilize team members around these activities.
  • With support from the Floor Manager or Store Manager, arrange appropriate product, brand, and digital-tool training for team members.
  • Ensure effective management of assigned areas by having the team follow visual-merchandising, in-store-communication, and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow store rules and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Ensure product availability in the assigned area by coordinating replenishment between stock and the sales floor.
  • Supervise sales transactions and ensure they are processed quickly and correctly while following cash-register procedures.
  • Minimize losses by implementing, monitoring, and following loss-prevention procedures.
  • Establish a performance culture by setting clear expectations and objectives, analyzing performance, and providing regular feedback to team members.
  • Ensure the customer-service culture is implemented within the team.
  • Support store-team recruitment, onboarding, training, and development alongside the Floor Manager or Store Manager.
  • Embody company values and coach teams accordingly.
  • Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continuously improve performance.
