Requirements
- The Programme Lead must have experience managing and leading a team.
- A car is required for the Programme Lead role.
- Experience working with school-aged children is required, with a minimum of one year.
- A Childcare qualification at Fetac Level 5 or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of child development is required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Garda vetting is essential and will be completed after the interview stage.
- A work permit or visa is essential.
- At least two written reference checks are required before starting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the day-to-day activities.
- Interact with the children, their families, and other staff members each day.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred, with a minimum of two years.
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Proficiency in technology and software such as Word, Outlook, and Teams.
