Salesforce Administrator
About the job
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Technical experience developing and managing an information technology project.
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, Flow, security setup, reports, and dashboards.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Manage and configure the Salesforce platform based on business and user needs.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality and access security through profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Provide daily user support, deliver training sessions, and document processes.
- Participate in business requirements analysis and suggest continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to support Salesforce ecosystem enhancements.
- Perform functional testing and contribute to deployments.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance, tracking, and communication of project progress.
- Knowledge of Pardot, Heroku, and specific AppExchange tools.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus but are not required.
