A Class A commercial driver's license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (X) is required.
Must be able to operate a manual transmission with no E restriction.
At least 2 years of Class A truck driving experience and at least 2 years of tanker or fluid truck driving experience are required.
Must be registered on the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse before starting.
Must be able to proficiently speak, write, and read English.
Knowledge of Department of Transportation compliance and regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance basics is required.
Knowledge of OSHA compliance is required.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and meet or exceed U.S. Department of Transportation medical standards.
Must pass a drug test, alcohol test, and background check.
Must meet the physical demands of the work and industry, and be insurable with the company.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Responsibilities
Safely transport and deliver diesel fuel using Class A tanker-trailer combinations from terminals to customers in the operating areas of west Texas, southeast New Mexico, and central Oklahoma.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and adhere to DOT, Hazmat, and company safety regulations.
Maintain accurate ELD logs and customer delivery documentation.
Communicate with logistics partners to ensure customer needs are met.
Desired Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Overview -
Expected annual income of $95k-$105k

Schedule: 23 days on/7 days off, 70 hours/week
Work: Transport and deliver hazardous materials (diesel) in a full-size tanker trailer to customers in any of our operational areas, applying skills and experience in commercial driving and knowledge of hazmat safety and DOT regulations.

Required Qualifications
Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements (X)

Compensation and Benefits
$27/hour to start + $.50/hour increase once carded at the appropriate fuel terminal + time-on-job raises ($.25/hour increase at 3 months, $.50/hour increase at 6 months, $.25/hour increase at 9 months, $.50/hour increase at 12 months)
Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week
$300 sign-on bonus
$69/day per diem
Paid travel time to and from hitch, 5-7 hours paid at your hourly rate, depending on location
