About the Company

Open CX

AI customer support platform for enterprises

Open CX provides an AI customer support platform for enterprises that works across chat, email, voice, telephony, and social channels without replacing a company’s existing helpdesk. It uses a single AI engine trained once and deployed everywhere so agents act with consistent context across channels. The platform includes specialized agents (inbound, outbound, assist copilot, QA, customer understanding, and apps) and can automate workflows that call customer APIs for tasks like refunds or account changes, with knowledge kept fresh via rollback. It integrates with popular helpdesk tools or runs on its own, emphasizes security and compliance, and sells by usage and configuration with dedicated support and optional white-label options; its goal is to improve resolution rates and enable fast deployment across multi-channel support.
