Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, hydrology, or a related field, or a minimum of four years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of hydrology and water quality modeling and geospatial analysis of hydrologic datasets.
  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS tools, including geospatial analysis of vector and raster datasets and accurate data processing.
  • Proven experience processing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Understanding of stormwater management and capture and green infrastructure.
  • Proficient technical writing skills and the ability to translate complex findings into graphics.
Responsibilities
  • Create usable, actionable information through collaborative and innovative engineering and scientific approaches.
  • Contribute to resource planning and design, including policy setting, water management, green infrastructure, scientific research, public education and outreach, and environmental justice and equity initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, hydrology, or a related field.
  • Experience using Python or another coding system to automate large geospatial tasks and dataset processing.
