About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sharp Founding GTM leader to lead our marketing and user acquisition efforts. As the Founding GTM at Conversion, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion and scaling our user base. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing user acquisition channels, and maximizing customer retention. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
This role is based in San Francisco. It is a fully in-person position in our office 5 days a week
Responsibilities
First and founding GTM hire with fast upward trajectory upon successful execution on entry.
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead and manage all aspects of performance marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Analyze data and user insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize the user experience and drive product improvements.
Build and manage a high-performing growth team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field
Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Compensation
The expected range of compensation for this role is between $110,000 and $250,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Conversion and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and onboarding.
