Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required.
  • Experience in the medical device or biotechnology industry is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities are required.

Responsibilities
