- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in our New York office)
- Conduct thorough market and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities that inform our product strategy.
- Assist in crafting detailed marketing presentations and product concept briefs that clearly outline product features, benefits, claims, and specifications.
- Support the messaging and positioning for new product launches and ongoing optimizations of existing lines.
- Manage translations, copy manuscripts, and artwork approvals, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Monitor and recommend updates to product Q&As, reflecting new insights from competitive analysis and consumer feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance insights, supporting the strategic planning process.
- Maintain the product launch calendar and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key updates and timelines.
- Organize and support competitive sample collection and internal product education sessions to enhance team knowledge and effectiveness.
- Stay continuously updated on consumer and market insights to identify potential new opportunities within the beauty space.
