- Manage complete administrative documentation for public tenders, including analyzing calls for tenders, preparing documents, collecting and verifying requirements, and supporting offer submission.
- Monitor deadlines and update tender archives.
- Support relationships with public entities and e-procurement platforms.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including document archiving, support for invoicing and contract administration, and management of internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with different company teams to ensure process accuracy and completeness.
