Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively address issues or concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in customer relationship management systems.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives and other departments to support business objectives.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase customer engagement and sales opportunities.
