Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
At least three years of experience as an HR Generalist, including experience managing a team.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Experience using office systems such as HRIS and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure the effective operation of personnel administration and payroll, from data management through team supervision.
Ensure all processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
Support the delivery of professional personnel services oriented toward employee satisfaction.

Job Description

HC Coordinator bertanggung jawab dalam mengoordinasikan dan memastikan efektivitas operasional administrasi kepegawaian dan payroll, mulai dari pengelolaan data hingga supervisi tim. Peran ini memastikan seluruh proses berjalan akurat, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan regulasi, sekaligus mendukung terciptanya layanan kepegawaian yang profesional dan berorientasi pada kepuasan karyawan.

Qualifications

Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, SDM, Hukum ataubidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahunsebagai HR Generalis dan memilikipengalaman mengelola team
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal danpelayanan pelanggan yang baik dengansikap profesional dan empatik.
Terbiasa menggunakan sistemoffice seperti HRIS serta Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI).
Mampu bekerja di lingkungan kerja yangdinamis dan cepat serta mudahberadaptasi dengan perubahan.
