  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead for consolidated reporting and analytics for all expenses.
  • Lead for consolidated reporting of the multi-year Global Technology budget/forecast.
  • Collaborate with the eTech organization to develop automated reports and dashboards that result in create clear and concise management presentations to ensure key messages are captured in a simple and transparent way and action steps are well defined to enable swift decision-making.
  • Develop presentations for senior leadership of Prudential, including monthly Operating Committee meetings and Board slides.
  • Support quarterly financial reporting, including identification of key trends across the Enterprise.
  • Support the ongoing monitoring and adherence to expense targets.
  • Develop and articulate an in-depth understanding of expense drivers.
  • Complete ad hoc requests from various corporate and business partners.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and navigate through areas that may not be in direct line of responsibility to transform strategy into action.
  • Flexibility to lean into change and transformation.
