Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • At least 5 years of comparable executive-level support experience is required.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact professionally, warmly, and effectively with executives, staff, and external partners are required.
  • Attention to detail, strong organization, and thorough follow-up are required.
  • The ability to envision the implications of decisions and actions for internal and external stakeholders is required.
  • The ability to develop and nurture relationships across Christus and CS Partners teams and leverage those relationships to advance priorities and achieve results is required.
  • Proactive planning and timely execution of duties while responding to external and internal demands are required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with executive management and staff at all levels is required.
  • Advanced capabilities with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of virtual meeting platforms such as Webex and Teams are required.
  • The ability to proofread documents, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other visual communication materials, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for CS Partners and deliver customer service to executives, staff, visitors, and callers.
  • Screen, direct, and address incoming calls as appropriate.
  • Manage executives’ email and calendar.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls involving CS Partners senior leaders.
  • Prepare agendas and other meeting materials.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships across Christus and CS Partners teams to coordinate efficiently and drive successful outcomes.
  • Work on assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare correspondence, complete reports and forms, and compile and verify data as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Process and submit expenses in a timely manner.
  • Perform other assigned special projects or duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous healthcare administrative support experience is preferred.
