Requirements
  • A degree in hospitality, tourism, or business.
  • Experience in a similar role, such as villa or chalet management, butler service, or hotel concierge work.
  • Strong knowledge of the destination and its local ecosystem.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • A valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-visits to properties where guests are expected.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Arrival Concierge team to gather information needed to prepare for stays.
  • Update property information in internal tools.
  • Complete requested shopping and personalise properties with gifts and amenities before guest arrivals.
  • Contact guests before arrival to confirm arrival times and finalise details.
  • Welcome guests according to brand standards, ensuring the chalet is ready and in good condition.
  • Present the chalet, explain its features, and guide guests through available tools, the house, and the surrounding area.
  • Respond to concierge requests, service changes, and guest needs throughout each stay.
  • Manage and process guest payments when necessary.
  • Resolve issues that arise in a property during a stay.
  • Inspect the property with guests at check-out and document identified damage.
  • Handle invoicing and payment tracking with the Pre-Arrival Concierge team.
  • Prepare and validate accounts for additional services sold during the stay, with support from the Pre-Arrival team.
  • Document observations about the property's condition after guest departure.
  • Work on Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating basis with the on-site team, particularly during high season; overtime may be taken as time off in lieu.
