Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in the food and beverage department of a luxury hotel, and an understanding of the demands of the three main meal periods.
  • A friendly, positive manner, a flexible approach, and confidence guiding a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service when greeting, seating, and waiting on guests.
  • Understand all ordered food and beverage items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and proper service, and follow sequence-of-service standards.
  • Attend relevant training and deliver training to F&B Attendants, drawing on excellent knowledge of food and beverage items.
