Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and improvement of Reward processes and tools.
  • Assist with the annual pay review, including salary reviews and bonus processes.
  • Provide analysis for salary reviews, bonus planning, and gender pay analysis.
  • Manage reward-related dashboards and digitalisation efforts.
  • Partner with the P&O community for Reward operations support.
  • Maintain databases and develop analytics for the Reward and P&O teams.
  • Engage with industry peers to gain market insights and share best practices.
