About the Role
As a Reward Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to create a “Better Plant-Based Future.” Reporting to the Global Reward team, you will support various aspects of their agenda, providing analysis and reporting for Reward products and services, and working closely with our People & Organisation (P&O) community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on challenges and change, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and seeks significant ownership and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and improvement of Reward processes and tools.
- Assist with the annual pay review, including salary reviews and bonus processes.
- Provide analysis for salary reviews, bonus planning, and gender pay analysis.
- Manage reward-related dashboards and digitalisation efforts.
- Partner with the P&O community for Reward operations support.
- Maintain databases and develop analytics for the Reward and P&O teams.
- Engage with industry peers to gain market insights and share best practices.

- Experience in Reward or HR in a global environment.
- Ability to analyse complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and customer-focused.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Quick learner with IT proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
