Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in healthcare, public-sector, grant-funded, or complex services contracting.
Working knowledge of Uniform Guidance and HIPAA contracting.
Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor relations.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Complete and retain the agreement-classification determination prior to contract award.
Coordinate procurement activities, including exclusions screening, conflict disclosures, insurance, licensure, business associate agreements/data use agreements, and legal review processes.
Maintain the contract register, obligation balances, deliverable schedules, amendment history, and renewal and closeout dates.
Ensure work does not commence before all required approvals are obtained and route contract changes through written amendments.
Collaborate with program owners and legal counsel to address performance concerns and issue cure notices.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor and Contract Manager to oversee the lifecycle of vendor agreements and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
