Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience owning complex UX research initiatives spanning multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills to share study plans, findings, and implications with clarity, persuasion, and adaptability for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, while guiding teams toward clarity and impact.
  • Experience coaching and elevating peers across functions by modeling research excellence, scaling best practices, and fostering growth via feedback and mentorship.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones with remote teammates and members, and occasional travel to meet in person.
  • Experience with a variety of UX research-related tools, such as Qualtrics, statistical analysis software (R, SPSS, etc.), UserTesting, User Interviews, and Great Question.
  • A master's degree, PhD, or equivalent in sociology, psychology, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Own complex, multi-method research initiatives end-to-end, from framing and planning through execution and synthesis to shape product direction and cross-functional priorities.
  • Generate rigorous, actionable insights that drive confident decision-making and reflect the real needs of members and the business.
  • Craft compelling narratives that connect research insights to product and business strategy, adapting communication to build alignment across executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Align cross-functional teams around research goals, decisions, and priorities, facilitating shared understanding and team-wide ownership of outcomes.
  • Continuously evolve your research craft by staying current on industry trends and applying new methods, tools, and approaches to improve team effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI to streamline the research process, such as participant outreach, data analysis, synthesis, and reporting while using your expertise to ensure outputs are completely accurate, interpretable, and methodologically sound.
  • Influence department-level decisions by championing user research, aligning insights with company priorities, and proactively identifying emerging opportunities grounded in member needs and emerging trends.

Honeybook Debuts Ai Business Management Tools To Help Smbs

HoneyBook, a business platform for service-based entrepreneurs, introduced artificial intelligence-powered business management tools. “While AI solutions have largely been built for enterprises or consumers, independent entrepreneurs have been left with fragmented tools that require constant coordination,” the company said in a Tuesday (March 25) news release. “HoneyBook is changing that by embedding AI directly into business workflows, making automation seamless, proactive and deeply integrated into the way entrepreneurs work.”.
