We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer (Engagement) to join our team.
You will be a key member of a cross-functional product team, together with your Product Manager, Engineers and other Designers, and become a major contributor to that ongoing mission. You’ll assist us to make it radically easier for businesses to understand Trustpilot’s offering, get to grips and adopt key features, and purchase the right package for them with ease and skill. You will contribute to achieving this by designing entirely new product journeys and bringing them to launch, contributing to the ongoing optimisation of existing funnels, and implementing growth initiatives and product thinking cross-functionally across Trustpilot.
You will be part of the Design & Research team for the product you work on, reporting to the Product Design Director, and together be responsible for delivering innovative design work. You will also work with the wider user research, product design, and design system teams to create a stronger link between understanding user problems and business opportunities in product. This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer to grow, learn and have an impact at a design-centric technology company.
