Responsibilities

  • Develop business customers by prospecting through calls, visits, or other channels and completing new-customer onboarding.
  • Help new customers establish usage habits during onboarding to improve early conversion and usage stability.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, understand ongoing needs, and provide suitable solutions to increase order volume and long-term value.
  • Regularly track sales progress and customer status, maintain complete CRM records, and manage the sales pipeline.
