Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of marketing activities from concept to post-activity evaluation.
  • Drive the execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, and owned events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attendee experience.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all stages of project management to ensure quality and success.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams to facilitate the execution of activities.
  • Communicate proactively with the EMEA go-to-market team to secure buy-in and ensure accountability for activity success.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and attendees to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting on activity success, with insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for EMEA activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Track expenses closely and provide regular updates on budget status.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the EMEA region, aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing activities to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and expectations for each marketing activity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and understand the regional marketing funnel, from visitor acquisition to closed won, to optimize marketing efforts at each stage.
