- Ensure compliance with regulations, the contract, plans, and procedures concerning hygiene, health, safety, and the environment.
- Implement measurement tools and indicators to address hygiene, health, safety, and environmental risks.
- Organize pre-start meetings before activities begin.
- Verify that all employees have the training necessary for their activities, and actively participate in training and awareness-raising.
- Create training and awareness-raising materials.
- Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment is available, distributed, and worn by everyone on site.
- Encourage employees to follow established safe working practices and wear personal protective equipment.
- Assist supervisors with operations so tasks can be carried out safely and under control.
- Ensure specific work permits are properly implemented and followed.
- Report concerns, incidents, and other related activities requiring follow-up to the 3SE Director.
- Follow up on all incidents involving injuries, the environment, property damage, or safety.
- Ensure necessary safety equipment is available in the store and properly inspected, including fall-protection equipment, respirators, gas testers, barricade tape, and spill kits.
- Conduct inspections according to the inspection schedule and issue and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist in organizing drills in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan.
