  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or vendors for campaign execution, including writing briefs, holding partners accountable, and evaluating their work.

  • Bias toward speed and iteration in a seed-stage startup environment.
  • Active use of artificial intelligence tools, including large language models, generative creative tools, and automation platforms, with a hands-on interest in applying them to marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Own the direct-to-consumer patient acquisition engine and develop the strategy for finding, reaching, and enrolling Medicare patients.
  • Design and prioritize the experimentation roadmap for Google and Facebook/Meta advertising, including hypotheses about audiences, creative angles, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnel steps.
  • Brief agencies on paid acquisition tests, interpret results, and decide which initiatives to scale or stop.
  • Build the influencer marketing strategy, identify creator archetypes for Medicare-eligible patients and caregivers, develop partnership frameworks, manage relationships with influencer agencies or platforms, and measure downstream enrollment impact.
  • Own the marketing performance dashboard and instrument and monitor each stage of the direct-to-consumer funnel from ad impression through landing-page visit, activation call, and enrolled patient.
  • Diagnose funnel performance drops, identify opportunities, and translate data into action.
  • Own the design and optimization of landing pages and content experiences; work with the design lead to conceive, wireframe, and A/B test pages tailored to audiences, channels, and campaign angles.
  • Ensure landing pages are compliant, clear, and optimized for conversion.
  • Develop the organic patient acquisition strategy through search engine optimization and AI engine optimization, including the content roadmap, keyword and topic strategy, and technical search engine optimization priorities.
  • Work with agencies or freelancers to execute content production and technical implementation.
  • Experiment with artificial intelligence tools and workflows to automate and accelerate the marketing pipeline, including ad creative generation, landing-page builds, public-relations drafts, and funnel assembly.
  • Partner with engineering to build custom tooling, integrations, and automations around marketing workflows.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience marketing to Medicare, senior, or caregiver populations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidelines and platform-specific health advertising policies.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms or creator partnerships.
  • Search engine optimization and AI engine optimization experience, especially in health or regulated verticals.
  • Experience building a marketing analytics stack or dashboard from scratch.
  • Experience building AI-powered marketing workflows, such as using large language models for ad copy generation, automated creative pipelines, or AI-driven content production at scale.

About the company

Mira Mace provides a care-navigation platform for Medicare beneficiaries by pairing patients with dedicated care advocates who handle administrative and navigational tasks such as coordinating care, scheduling appointments, navigating insurance benefits and pre-authorization denials, resolving medical billing issues, and finding in-network specialists. The service blends human support with AI, with advocates delivering personalized assistance and AI handling repetitive back-end tasks. Medicare coverage makes the service available to eligible patients at no extra cost, while clinical services are provided by the independent Mira Mace Medical Group PA. The goal is to reduce administrative burdens and help patients access timely, in-network care for chronic conditions, mental health, and mobility needs.
