SERHANT. unveils S.MPLE 2.0, an AI that tells agents what to do next. Ryan Serhant announced S.MPLE 2.0 on stage at Blueprint Wednesday Today, September 23, 2026 Ryan Serhant, CEO and founder of SERHANT., built an AI platform two years ago that would complete a task the moment an agent asked. Starting next month, the platform starts assigning the tasks itself. An agent's calendar, email and CRM are already full of the things that matter - the lead gone quiet, the pre-approval that just came through, the listing that needs a push before it sits another week. The newest version of SERHANT.'s AI platform, unveiled by the founder and CEO during a session at Blueprint, the real estate and construction technology conference owned by Inman, reads everything for an agent and decides what needs attention before the agent needs to worry about it. The announcement marked Serhant's first appearance at Blueprint. "I made sure this year we were going to be there," Serhant told Inman, adding that he was excited to be on stage with Jeffrey Berman of Camber Creek, an investor in SERHANT., for the announcement. Meet Dot. SERHANT. calls the new assistant Dot, an AI chief of staff built to act before the agent has to ask. It reads across the agent's business and starts the work. Serhant told Inman ahead of the announcement that the first version of S.MPLE asked agents to direct the AI. The second asks the AI to direct the agent. "S.MPLE 1.0 asks, could we use AI to empower back office, where humans lead the AI?" Serhant said. "With S.MPLE 2.0, we asked: Can the AI lead the human? You get into a car with great technology; you're still driving the car. You get into a Tesla today, and the car drives you." "In S.MPLE 1.0, you tell our AI what you want, and it'll complete the task, and the product has been highly effective," Greg Chan, chief technology officer of SERHANT., said in a statement. "In S.MPLE 2.0, our AI proactively figures out what you need and gets the job done for you. It can take one objective, break it into 20 steps, coordinate five specialized AI agents and return a completed result. The agent directs the outcome without having to operate every tool or supervise every step." Serhant described the same shift in terms of what agents walk away with. "Chatbots give you answers, but S.MPLE 2.0 gives you outcomes," Serhant said in a statement. "The last generation of real estate technology gave agents more software to operate. We built S.MPLE so agents can give it a goal and not have to think twice." Why now. The shift became possible only recently, according to Chan. A year ago, he told Inman, AI systems could handle a handful of instructions before needing to be redirected. That has changed. "A year ago, AI could work on maybe three instructions before you had to guide it again," Chan said. "Now the technology is good enough that it can go do tasks and work for hours on end, whether it's 20 steps or 40 steps across different systems." How it works. Behind Dot, more than 70 specialized AI agents and tools handle the work itself, according to the company, executing tasks including comparative market analyses, listing presentations, marketing campaigns, transaction coordination and client follow-up from a single instruction. Chan told Inman the system routes inference through an AI gateway to multiple frontier models with automatic failover, and pulls from a unified data layer that includes proprietary transaction records, financial information and CRM data alongside external industry data. Serhant offered a specific example of how an agent might use it in the field. "You'll be able to stand with S.MPLE on a cul-de-sac and say, I have a client that really wants to buy a house here. What should I do?" Serhant told Inman. "S.MPLE can pull the property data, pull the closed data, use reasoning to determine which owners are good prospective sellers, then pull the contact information. Because S.MPLE is yours, it knows your annual goals and your current sales. It'll say three of these homes could be good targets for your buyer - and if you sell two of them, you'll reach your annual goals four and a half months early." The personalization behind that kind of answer came directly from agent feedback, Chan said. "One of the biggest pieces of feedback we got from agents was wanting the AI to actually know them - their emails, their CRM, their schedule, their pipeline," Chan told Inman. "It'll know if you have a hot lead you haven't followed up on in weeks and help draft a response." Compliance runs inside that process rather than as a separate check afterward, the company said, with output screened against regulatory standards that include the Fair Housing Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and the Sherman Act. Adoption numbers. Since launching in 2024, S.MPLE has completed more than 54,000 requests for over 2,000 active agents and maintained an 86 net promoter score, according to the company. SERHANT. said the platform has returned nearly 28,000 hours to agents that would otherwise have gone to administrative work. Agents who joined SERHANT. and adopted S.MPLE over the past 24 months increased gross commission income by an average of 144 percent year over year compared with their prior firm, the company said, with some agents reporting growth above 500 percent. Timeline. SERHANT. began building the first version of S.MPLE in 2023 and announced it in January 2024 at Inman Connect New York, with agent rollout starting late that year. Chan told Inman that development of the second version has taken about a year. S.MPLE 2.0 begins rolling out to SERHANT. agents on Oct. 5, with availability expanding across the company's markets through the fourth quarter. Agents get their first look at the product Friday at Sell It '26 in Denver, SERHANT.'s annual conference. "I've not seen true disruption in this industry until Greg and his team showed me what S.MPLE could do," Serhant told Inman. "I had to go for a walk and come back and say, that is a real thing."
Naples luxury development The Grove Bayshore wins prestigious award. The Grove Bayshore campaign was named Best Sales and Marketing Campaign for a New Development at Inman Connect San Diego To stand on a national stage and hear Naples called out felt incredible. The Grove is proof of what happens when great builders, a creative team and a neighborhood with real soul come together." - Tiffany McQuaid NAPLES, FL, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - Naples real estate leader Tiffany McQuaid of SERHANT. has won an Inman Golden I Club award for The Grove Bayshore, earning Best Sales and Marketing Campaign for a New Development. McQuaid accepted the award in person at Inman Connect San Diego. Inman's Golden I Club honors the agents, teams, and properties that defined the high end of the real estate market over the past year. This year's winners included nine-figure closings such as the $120 million sale of the St. Benedict's Monastery property in Colorado and the $110 million sale of Spelling Manor in Los Angeles. McQuaid's win puts a Naples development on the same national stage. The Grove Bayshore is a gated community of just 32 single-family homes in the heart of the Bayshore Arts District, one of the fastest-emerging neighborhoods in Naples. It is the work of two longtime local builders, Mike Whalen of New Era Construction and Jerry Maxson of Legacy Homes Inc., with architecture by Jeffrey Harrell of Harrell & Co Architects. Together, the team brings more than 100 years of Southwest Florida building experience. Homes at The Grove range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom floor plans priced from $1.8 million to $2.3 million, with finishes that come standard rather than as upgrades, including Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchens, California Closets and private pools. The community sits within walking distance of the Bayshore Arts District's restaurants and galleries and is minutes from the Naples Botanical Garden and the Naples Pickleball Center. McQuaid and her team built The Grove's campaign from the ground up, creating the brand identity, full-color 3D renderings and a marketing strategy rooted in what makes Bayshore special, including its pickleball connection. The approach reflects the marketing-first philosophy that has defined McQuaid's 22-year career in Southwest Florida luxury real estate. "We are beyond honored," said Tiffany McQuaid, Regional Director of Strategy and Performance, SERHANT. "To stand on a national stage and hear Naples called out felt incredible. The Grove is proof of what happens when great builders, a creative team and a neighborhood with real soul come together. This one is for Bayshore." The award adds to a growing list of national recognition for McQuaid, who founded McQuaid & Company in Naples before merging the firm with SERHANT. in 2025. Her previous honors include Inman's Most Innovative Brokerage nomination and the Women's Council of Realtors Entrepreneur of the Year award. Real estate CEO Ryan Serhant argues that secondary markets like Huntsville, Alabama, Central Ohio, and Charlotte, North Carolina, deserve more attention from investors than they currently receive. Whilst Florida and Texas dominate migration headlines, Serhant says Alabama actually outranked Florida for domestic net migration last year. Rather than an urban exodus, Serhant sees wealthy Americans multiplying their property holdings across regions to capture tax benefits and geographic flexibility. He points to major investments in Ohio, including Amazon Web Services' planned $23 billion data centre expansion and Intel's $28 billion semiconductor campus. Serhant warns that high-tax states like New York and California risk losing competitive edge by prioritising short-term political cycles over long-term growth strategies.
Brett Reasoner joins SERHANT Colorado and builds The Cornerstone Group. By Michael Fernandez on September 9, 2026 After building his real estate practice around personal branding, relocation strategy, and a people-first philosophy, Brett Reasoner is stepping into a new role as a founding agent while assembling his own team. Long before Brett Reasoner joined SERHANT, he was studying the model behind it. He followed Ryan Serhant during the Million Dollar Listing New York years, before SERHANT existed as a company. When he entered real estate, he adopted several of the principles he had watched from afar, particularly the emphasis on personal brand, media, and storytelling. Now that influence has come full circle. Brett has been hand-selected as a founding agent of SERHANT Colorado, one of the early agents representing the company as it establishes a presence in the state. The timing also arrives during a period of growth in his own practice. RealTrends Verified ranks him among the top 1% of agents nationally, and he is pacing toward $35 million in his second year. For him, however, the next phase is as much about the team he is building as the numbers behind it. Building The Cornerstone Group At SERHANT, Reasoner is launching The Cornerstone Group, a Denver-based real estate team rooted in faith and built on the conviction that people come before property. The name carries personal significance. At 34, he received a cancer diagnosis during a period that also included divorce, job loss, and the loss of his home. He began working toward his real estate license from a hospital bed, rebuilding his professional life while confronting major changes in his personal one. The team is named for the foundation everything else in his life was rebuilt on. That history now informs the standard he wants The Cornerstone Group to carry into its client relationships. "I don't move houses. I move people." The distinction reflects the type of work he has increasingly taken on. Before real estate, he spent more than a decade in corporate leadership and talent acquisition, including executive relocation and talent strategy for major organizations. That background gives him context for clients whose moves may be connected to promotions, contracts, family changes, or other major transitions. The Cornerstone Group serves the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo. The team's footprint covers Denver proper, including Cherry Creek, the south corridor of Castle Rock, Parker, Douglas County, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Cherry Hills Village, and Greenwood Village, and extends through Colorado Springs and Pueblo through agents who live and work in those markets, with particular attention to executive relocation and life-transition clients. Who He Wants Beside Him The team is already taking shape. The Cornerstone Group launches with its first agents signed, and the roster is still growing through the fourth quarter. The group Brett has assembled reflects the team's identity in a way no recruiting pitch could. Several of its agents have walked through hard life transitions of their own and grown as people and in their faith because of it. And the roster carries real production weight, including agents who have closed $10 million to $12 million and more in a year at points in their careers. Brett doesn't hide what the response has meant to him. "I am so grateful to the people who have already joined. The character, the passion for people, and the love this team already shows for each other and the mission is overwhelming to me. It's emotional that this many good people believe in what we are building. Thank you to Tawni, Liz, Shelbi, Kathy, Mandee, Sarah, Shelley, Iryna, Marilyn, Kim, and Breanna for being the first to believe in it." He saves the biggest thanks for home. "And a huge thank you to my fiancée Laura and our kids, for believing in me, pushing me to grow as a leader and a man, and loving me through the challenges of building something from the ground up." The search includes newer agents licensed within the past two years who already have some production and want coaching, agents producing roughly $1 million to $5 million who are looking for stronger mentorship and resources, and established $5 million-plus producers who want a team designed to support rather than closely manage their work. Production matters, but character comes first. Reasoner is looking for compassion, humility, kindness, and the willingness to hear, "Show me a better way." Agents joining The Cornerstone Group gain access to SERHANT's media operations, technology, national referral network, mentorship, shared open houses, and competitive split structures that do not reset. He describes the culture he wants to build simply as "the team who cares," with agents sharing opportunities and showing up for one another rather than operating as disconnected producers. For someone interested in joining at the ground floor, the invitation is unusually direct. You can text Brett at 720-483-4497 - it's really him. The career move brings together several strands of his professional life: corporate leadership, relocation, personal branding, real estate, and the experience of rebuilding when circumstances change without warning. This time, he is using those lessons to build something meant to extend beyond his own production.
