## Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom solutions on the nCino platform to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize nCino applications, including Loan Origination, Customer Onboarding, Account Opening, and Commercial Banking.
- Develop and maintain integrations with core banking systems, third-party applications, and other data sources using nCino's open APIs.
- Implement automated workflows, document management, and real-time reporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for nCino applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

## Skills and Qualifications:

# Technical Skills:
  - Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  - Experience with nCino's core solution areas such as Loan Origination, Customer Onboarding, Account Opening, and Commercial Banking.
  - Strong understanding of nCino's data model and integration capabilities.
  - Knowledge of nCino's reporting and analytics tools.
  - Familiarity with nCino's open APIs and productized integrations.
  - Experience with automated workflows and document management systems.
  - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

#Functional Skills:
  - In-depth knowledge of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
  - Experience in implementing and configuring nCino applications to meet business needs.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Qualifications:
- nCino certification or relevant Salesforce certifications.
