Requirements
  • At least 1 year of successful experience as a wealth management advisor, including at least 6 months selling financial products.
  • Education at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level.
  • Level 1 Insurance Intermediary (IAS) authorization.
  • Level 3 Insurance and Banking Intermediary (IOBSP) authorization for real estate credit.
  • AMF certification obtained through a certified institution.
  • A valid category B driving licence.
  • Strong commercial orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish a relationship of trust with clients.
  • High standards, persistence, and autonomy.
  • Ability to work with clients located within the employee’s region.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of individual clients and legal entities with fewer than 10 employees, including holding companies and civil and wealth-management companies.
  • Implement UFF’s commercial strategy through a personalized approach while complying with regulatory, professional-conduct, and ethical standards.
  • Develop effective commercial fundraising suited to the advisor’s expertise.
  • Collaborate with a Wealth Management Engineer when managing high-stakes VIP clients to provide tailored, high-value service.
