- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work in frozen (-10°F) and refrigerated (36°F) environments.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Intermediate English skills in reading, writing, and speaking are required.
- Basic math skills are required.

- Maintain a steady supply of product in stock for the picking crew.
- Receive product accurately and keep a running account of inventory and its locations.
- Pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers.
- Prepare and package individual produce items in bags and bunches on the line when needed.
- One year of warehouse or picking experience is preferred.
- Food distribution experience is preferred.
