Responsibilities
  • Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in the firm during every prospective claimant interaction.
  • Handle 150–200 calls per day in a professional inbound and outbound call center environment.
  • Build claimant relationships and confidence in partner firms while proactively contacting claimants to maintain the relationship.
  • Solve problems and maintain confidentiality.
  • Keep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database system.
  • Use good judgment to identify urgent issues requiring immediate attention from a manager or director.
  • Meet occupancy and adherence goals.
  • Guide potential claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility.
  • Assist eligible potential claimants with completing initial forms and applications to retain an attorney.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, is preferred.
  • Legal intake experience is preferred.
  • Experience in mass tort law is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
