  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all marketing efforts are rooted in empathy and understanding.
  • Leverage market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in global hiring and emerging technologies.
  • Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create resources to empower sales teams and drive differentiation.
  • Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions.
  • Craft messaging frameworks rooted in personas, use cases, and business outcomes to ensure consistency across marketing and sales channels.
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Design and lead launch marketing campaigns to drive buzz, awareness, and adoption of new features.
  • Monitor launch performance and gather feedback to refine future launch strategies.
  • Design and refine marketing strategies to promote feature usage and achieve positive business outcomes.
